The REThink RESILIENT project aims to document the role and network of emotion regulation abilities (ERAs) that contribute to stress resilience in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) in relation to exposure to childhood adversity . In the implementation of this project, two innovative tools developed by the project director will be used: the REThink therapeutic game (David et al., 2019), with the emotional regulation abilities assessment system and the MoodWheel mobile app for the ecological assessment of the emotional state (David, Tomoiagă & Fodor, 2024). The results of the REThink RESILIENT project will have key implications for managing the risk of mental health problems among young people.
The project is financed by the Executive Unit for the Financing of Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation (UEFISCDI) through the Exploratory Research Project program. The project was won by professor Dr. Oana David (grant number PN-IV-P1-PCE-2023-1854) and is worth 1.199.524 RON.
